If you want a company car, then you may like it here, as everyone gets one. The people doing the hard work are great, very friendly and good fun to hang out with.

Staff are paid well below market value, and they use the company car as a way to justify this and convince you it's ok. No pay rises offered. No career progression available, although whilst they may offer you 'senior' positions within the team, the reality is that they just don't want to have to pay someone external to fill the role as they can get existing staff to do it cheaper, with no training provided. This results in lots of middle management who are very bad at their jobs. There is a bullying culture, it reminds me of being in the school playground and being 'judged' all the time. Big blame culture, unable to make mistakes and learn from them, you are just seen as rubbish at your job. Happy to fire people for minimal reasons, never quite feel secure in your role unless you're in the senior management clique.

Stable job that doesnt pay great. Nice office and facilities. Cant really think of anything else.

Constant feeling of being micromanaged and called up for the slightest of reasons. Apparently you cant need the toilet more than twice a day according to my old manager. Definitely would not recommend unless you're absolutely desperate n fancy loosing the will to live between 845-1730.
