- Don't have flat hierarchy structure, sometimes even manager don't know most of the things. - Senior management folks shouting on employee on small small things - In appraisal first they decide percentage and then they decide your rating. They won't give you appraisal based on your actual work and deserved rating. - They do promise things but they don't follow it. - They have budget for new joiners with lower skill than the current employee who did hard work for the company. - HR policies are not at all beneficial for Indian employees as they are operating from Indonesia. - You will get good hike, only if you have another offer. List is too long, Only one advise for new joiners: If you are a fresher or not technically strong then only join this company.
