The majority of people you work with day-to-day are going to be smart, hardworking people that are dedicated to producing good work for the company and for the client. I don't think I've run into a single abrasive or tough personality--everyone is easygoing despite the challenges.

Consulting always has it's ups and downs, but in order to be profitable, leadership has taken an extreme "top of funnel" approach, with speed-to-market being the priority over scoping accuracy. Since having a PE injection a couple of years ago, the overall strategy (virtually no support at the admin level, high billable targets for delivery with no deck for overflow, small GTM team with almost no SME support, etc) has made it a tough working environment for all; this has already resulted in the loss of some great talent. My guess is that PE is trying to sell its investment after regaining previous losses--so likely Zennify will change hands in the next year or so.
