We get to experience our impact on a day-to-day basis through student success stories, events and general feedback. - Our users (students). Given the nature of our work, everyone across the company comes into regular contact with our user base and I'm consistently floored by their motivation and love of Zero Gravity. It's really motivating and a constant heartwarming reminder of our impact! - Genuinely healthy company culture where everyone is encouraged to speak up and share feedback regularly. Not necessarily a con but we work in a typical early-stage start-up environment where things can change quickly. You need to be flexible and open-minded when it comes to collaborating on projects with tight deadlines. While I find this exciting, it isn't necessarily for everyone!
