The company naturally attracts people who think differently about how to run a startup without fixed heirarchies, and there are so many projects going on and so many opportunities to get involved with actually running the company that you'll learn fast and (to a certain extent) be able to design your own job description. It's great practical experience for anyone who aspires to be a future tech leader. Also being able to use your Lufthansa yellow badge for staff standby travel and other travel industry discounts is incredible for people who love travel!

This job will challenge you: it's still a chaotic startup in many ways so don't expect smooth HR processes. It'll definitely help if you're the sort of person who likes to fix problems and get your hands dirty building organizations.
