I feel listened to and valued by management, with feedback and ideas genuinely taken into consideration. The location is convenient and well-situated, adding to the overall positive working experience. There are also good opportunities for personal and professional growth, making it a great environment to develop skills and progress within the company.

Staff are split across different buildings, which limits day to day interaction between teams.

There is a great team culture with supportive colleagues, Management is approachable and open to new ideas and improvements. The company has grown significantly in recent times but maintained it's core values. Great location in the centre of town (that has free parking).
