At present, I find no 'cons' to mention because the work environment here is exceptionally positive. What I appreciate most is the flat hierarchy and the accessible culture—where seniors and juniors sit together, share ideas, and communicate openly. There is absolutely no autocratic leadership here; instead, we have a culture of mutual respect. This 'open-door' environment makes everyone feel comfortable and valued, ensuring that even the most junior team member can share their feedback without hesitation. It is refreshing to work in an organization that chooses collaboration over cabin-culture.

1- Nothing as such apart from experience of Startup

1. Job security- every quarter firing, every department. People who worked 14-15 hours a day and asked management about lack of work due to project even they were laid off without any fault 2. Company is loss making so accordingly systems and processes are flawed 3. Politics happen in every team people close with founders have 30% increment without doing any work even at junior level, and hardworking people get 5% 4. Rules are broken by heads and they expect other people to follow it strictly
