Well they provide a job for fresh grad. Bare minimum of company could offer.

-A very tense, high pressure working environment. -You might find yourself in a situation where you will be publicly shamed by the Deputy CTO and when you find it uncomfortable, he will said that it was a joke. -Breach of privacy? Oh yes please, you will be monitored using Time Doctor! The management seems to have little trust on the employe LOL. -Mostly, they only hire for fresh grad. Because it will be much easier to control and manipulate. The Deputy CTO mostly belittle the employee, discouraging them that they won't find any other place that will offer the same benefits as they do. -The Deputy CTO seems to have minimum experience on tech, but act like he knows it all. That he is the solution and everyone should listen to him. Lack of professionalism as HE tends to mixed up personal life with work life. If HE is on a badmood, just prepare yourself that you will surely have a bad day. Decisions made on a whimp and throwing tantrums.

- Aggressive & Ruthless Leadership: The Deputy CTO’s management style is centered on "scolding" and professional aggression. There is a lack of basic respect, with confrontational behavior being the norm rather than the exception. - Toxic Office Politics: The environment is heavily influenced by internal politics that reward compliance over performance. It creates a culture of fear where employees are constantly on edge. - Extreme Micromanagement: Leadership refuses to trust the expertise of the staff. Every minor detail is controlled and scrutinized, which stifles any form of creativity or operational efficiency. - Psychological Safety is Non-existent: Between the constant scolding and the ruthless approach to staff management, there is no room for mistakes or growth. This has directly led to high turnover and low morale across the board.
