Very involved Board that has a strong interest in the success of the country. Strong customer success team supports and nurtures customer relationships. Management lacks clear direction at times. Would like to see sales management pushing the team to create a stronger sales culture and buzz in the office. Some hiring decisions seem to disregard employee feedback. Not a huge room for advancement at this point as we continue to build out the team.
