Ouch. This one hurts. Obviously, I disagree with your opinion, but you are certainly entitled to it.
I run Zillow transparently, honestly, morally, and efficiently. I care deeply about our employees, our users, and our advertisers. I'm sorry you have such a bad impression of our company. I hope you find another company to work for that is a better fit, because if you are this unhappy here, it's not good for you or for your colleagues for you to stay.
I can't figure out what decisions we've made in 2014 that you are so upset about. I am extremely pleased with the year's results and with how things are going. I think our core values are reflective of our positive work environment and our strong corporate culture.
Again, I'm sorry you are so unhappy. I hope you find a better fit elsewhere.
