Thanks for the review. I'm glad things are going well overall. In terms of the hands-off management comment, this is good feedback. It's sometimes tough to strike the exact right balance. We strive to trust employees to make the right decisions and aim for the right outcomes vs. micromanaging them. We certainly should feel urgency in our business as there is never a lack of work to be done. We're just getting started in rentals! While our all hands meetings are intended to address some of your concerns around providing transparency about who is doing what, stay tuned for more of this as we get into Q4.
