Good energy, generous benefits, great snack, good onboarding: seems like a fairly flat management style, too new to the position to really make any comments.

The office space is just ok. Other than the standing desks and generous kitchen, the physical environment could be better.

Thanks for your feedback. Sounds like you are off to a great start. If you have specific ideas about how we can make the office environment better, please pass that on. I'd be happy to take the feedback and make sure it gets to the right people for consideration. As you mention, we have made a few key improvements over the past few years, including flexible desks and good selection of healthy food (and a few options to satisfy our sweet tooth). Not sure what office location you work in, but the views in Seattle, where I have my desk, are awesome, and it is fun to be downtown with good transit options and only a few blocks from Pike Market. You can make good money here.

In sales, job can change often. For example: I was making good money and excelling because I am a relationship Sales person. Then they changed it to where you get the sale, and instead of being able to grow that account via that relationship you just broke into, you have to pass it to an account manager and go back to cold/robo calling. You "book" of business you recive to prospect from is a lottery. I received a book of prospects/accounts that most of the were low income, or senior living properties. They don't have a budget and have a line of renter on a waitlist. No way to convince them to spend money on advertising but you still have the same quota.
