Very few pros. Some good people working there, they deserve a lot better.

The worst company in terms of how they treat the "employees", if you can even get that status. Company tried to circumvent Quebec and Canadian laws with contract work. When the trouble came from Revenue Canada and Revenue Quebec, managers who took that course decided it was easier to use employees as scapegoats, rather than take responsibility for their poor decisions. This same cabal of toxic managers are using intimidation, manipulation and playing favorites to hide their incompetence. When one former contract employee tried to complain to HR about an aggressive manager, the unqualified HR rep took the complaint and promptly gave it to the person the complaint was about. Just let that sink in for a moment. Needless to say the contract employee was shown the door, with no rights or recourse due to being a contract employee. (Another way these contracts went around the protections and laws in place in Canada) The overall effect is a talent drain that ends up pushing away the most competent people, as they quickly realize they can find better. You aren't left with much once your best and brightest leave, as you can imagine. Stay away, unless you're willing to deal with narcissistic corporate psychopaths for managers, who play favorites, use intimidation and manipulation to get what they want in the most dishonest way.

Zimmer Biomet will work you into the ground and then still request more of your time. Driver usually work 10 - 12+ hours a day. You are also expected to be on-call once a month from Monday to Sunday. That means you get to work your weekend away, work overnight and early AM. You get to work 12 days straight with no break. They very rarely give raises or promotions. This company would rather hire a new person at a lower rate then to keep an employee and actually pay them. Work-life balance is non-existent. You will ultimately spend most of your time at work. You get 15 day PTO and sick time combined. You can request for time off but if you get paid for those days is another question. This company cares about profit over people. They make billions a year in profit but "doesn't have the money" to treat their employees well.
