1. Sandwich Leave Policy. 2. I was let go in 3 weeks being given the reason Restructuring & cost-cutting. When I was going through the interviews & at the time of joining as well I received so much positive feedback and yet this happenned. In the 3 weeks, I had already started working on implementations and even took 2 clients live on the platform. One would expect that if you're being called a good resource repeatedly and your manager as well as your team are both happy with you and it's a growing company, maybe one could be moved to another department but nopes. It took me 3 months to find a job when I got this one. I declined 3 offers to join here and after just completing 3 weeks, was let go.
