We’re glad to hear you enjoyed working with your co-workers and made the most of our flexible working policy, though we're sorry to hear you felt that other aspects of your experience didn't quite match up. We take real pride in our open and transparent culture, and our fortnightly All Hands calls, AMAs and Exec updates do provide Zipsters with the opportunity for two-way conversation with our leadership group who are committed to the health and happiness of all employees. Your point around not promoting within does come as a surprise, as there are a lot of examples of Zipsters who have enjoyed diverse career paths at Zip and grown in their time here.
