While we love to hear you enjoyed working with some amazingly talented people during your time here, we’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience didn’t live up to expectations.
We pride ourselves on our open and transparent culture. As you know, the external market has changed rapidly, which meant making changes to the team and re-thinking the way we work. So while we unfortunately said goodbye to a small percentage of our workforce, we’re now set up for more sustainable growth and success going forward.
To your point on communication, providing an environment where our Zipsters can do their best work is something that’s really important to us. As well as our fortnightly All Hands calls and regular Exec updates, we have a brand new intranet platform to provide everyone with the information they need, when they need it, and remove distractions throughout the workday.
