What I would say is that we transparently share our gender balance (i.e. representation of men and women) across all levels quarterly and our gender pay equity and gender pay gap stats on an annual basis. We have also been pleased to see the growth of our women's employee resource group and to hear their feedback, recommendations and ideas.
