Some might not like the fact that they operate out of a residential area in Koramangala, although prior to acquisition it moved to a IT Park. Lastly for people who are expecting a 9-5 job it might be dissapointing because folks there work in startup mode meaning work from home even after 5PM.

Good salary and Good concept

- People in higher management lacks basic managerial skills leading to downfall in motivation - No Work Life balance (Pathetic) - Some senior Manager wants people to work on all day and night and without any leave. -Every work is of high priority and will be changing till last moment.
