Tons of downside regarding revenue procreation as a team member as well as rules typical of other gainful employers standpoint, tons of drawbacks, do not get paid till after you meet a product margin of at least 40 units per day per 'demo' or as they say 'super duper demo days' in other words or layman's terms that's be their cute cuddly version of manipulated sales attempts to push product beyond it's capabilities and in turn boost revenues beyond belief or the company's desires. To which a personal entity mustz in turn, sell over 70 boxes ($29.99/ea) in one shift time frame or face IMMEDIATE termination! If you are late and don't get authorization ahead of time per your Regional Manager and actually speak not text (that's a demerit in itself mind you) then you also face immediate termination. If you have a family emergency and by that I mean accidental death, monumental occurrence you also must obtain prior authorization per your Regional Manager once again and if you 'abandon ship' then you will not only be terminated but also not get alotted your last or current days wage if you would like use that verbiage at all period! The existing team and supervisors aren't bad gentlemen they just are subject to going along with the company's preset rules and regulations and articles of organization regarding the internal hierarchy and the ideologies that come along with those titles. Team members aren't terrible like I stated but the company as an entity solely utilizes a random and sketchy unacceptable jingle like poetic sales script and if you do not abide by utilizing this pre determined script you also face immediate termination! Basically all in all it nothing more than mere threats for termination of your position to which they dangle over your head in a proverbial sense which is wrong in many many ways! They have many rules for new gains but they ALL are seemingly bland and common knowledge but result in TERMINATION which is ridiculous to me at the very least. Never have I been employed by an entity or corporate level franchise that ran itself anywhere or thing close to this jumbled mess of a futile attempt at a successful business venture! And one last thing (there's oh so much more I'm just sickened to my soul because my company departure was recent) the 'wage allotment' is NOT hourly the utilize false advertisement and lies to obtain gainful gullible misled individuals like myself unfortunately to their advantage to in turn create a 'by numbers' setting in all aspects of business, hourly is later converted into commission based pay with margin of 79 units per diem...OR ELSE, im sure by now you all shall be able to answer this next part, BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!!! They however fail to explain all this till you are conveniently right there signing you lives or life away to the Almighty ZipFizz LLC! All I request is that if you are reading this review, you please please please delve much further into them and specifics you personally may have in your head that need be answered for personal satisfaction purposes because I'd venture to say that 8 out of 10 will not even consider nor second guess being onboarded with them! It is total mullarkey and gobbledegook regardless of how one may perceive it or look at it! Please be blessed by the most high and thank for all for all of your time regardless of your personal input in this matter I've ranted about above! There is no hourly tons of rules and no second chances whatsoever where as other business entities offer this with a kind outstretched hand per sé!
