To ensure the Staff Adherence to service scheduling, company policy, quality standards and internal work procedures, daily programmers are carried out as per schedule without any delays and in high quality standards.  Introduce best industrial practices and techniques.  Hands on operational related matters and recourse utilization of the business unit & Streamline organization by delivering best service quality and increase staff productivity.  Close cooperation with commercial / sales Team on project costing, contracts renewals and technical required supports.  To coordinate with the commercial manager on contracts renewals and ensuring that no contract should be terminated due to quality failures and / or customer dissatisfactions.  Monitor monthly reports on Fuel, Maintenance, Chemicals Consumption, Site Inspection, Overtime, complaints etc to ensure all service and resource are utilized and fulfil contractual obligations  Plan the requirement of manpower, Materials, tools & Equipment as well as Supervision for the site;  Ensure all operational and HSE requirements for all teams are followed in order to comply with operational and HSE standards.  Routinely monitor Job Status and schedules, (Completed, Cancelled or Incomplete) and update information in the system in order to ascertain the quantity of Jobs completed and uploaded daily.  Develop an effective customer service system to respond and close customer’s complaints.  Develop and maintain healthy and close business relations with stakeholders, customers, etc in order to ascertain customers’ positive Feedback.
