My experience at Zithara.ai was extremely disappointing, with not even a single positive aspect worth mentioning. The work environment is highly toxic, offering no work-life balance. Employees are often forced to work beyond regular hours without consideration for personal time or well-being. Even basic necessities such as lunch breaks or short rests are rushed or overlooked. There is a serious lack of respect for employees—people are treated more like resources than professionals. Hygiene and facility standards are shockingly poor, with no dustbins in washrooms and no proper arrangements even in cases of emergency. The overall experience felt draining and demotivating, and to be honest, working here felt like learning everything while living in a hellish environment. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a respectful, balanced, or healthy work culture.
