Good pay, fully remote work, relatively lax. Small team, but everyone was pleasant to work with.

No benefits. Weak product offering. you’re selling against yourself because of their shady pricing structure which means if you’re not already established from the beginning you probably won’t last longer than 6-10 months due to unrealistic targets/outdated sales practices. Sales practices make you feel like you’re just being a nuisance to people’s lives. Lack of organization in their pipeline. No performance reviews, which means you’ll get let off at any point once the company deems that your employment “is not attractive to investors”.
