Otherwise, they will ask you to pay a depreciated amount when you leave. - YEARLY BONUS= they will only confirm probation after a year so you will never get your bonus until a year passes. - NEVER THINK ABOUT PROMOTION = Consider yourself as a lifetime individual contributor (IC) may be you will see promotion around 15 years if service. - HR POLICIES ARE A JOKE = Never expect your HR to support you when you will face a problem with your manager. (Consider yourself as fired and move on) HRs do not have SOPs to handle these stuff.
