All in all, if you are from a western background, a performance-driven, experienced mid-career (30s) professional or manager in Sales or Marketing, this organization is not recommended. Excellent performance and cultural fit is not a guaranteed ticket to extension. Sales leadership treat their clients as second hand, no career growth opportunities and and promises made are easily broken. It must be said that they are learning, but have remained indecisive and unsuccessful in keeping people on board for the past 5 years.
