Good management - nobody on your back micromanaging you for its own sake. You'll be free to work autonomously from the start while having support channels opened for you. Hybrid work from home - most of the time you'll be working from home. Only mondays and thursdays you go to the office unless you're off or on backshift, so only rarely you have to go to the office. Living wage employer + bonus rate for social and weekend hours. Overtime opportunities (double time on weeekends when OT has been mostly required) which I've personally found to not be very tiring, doing several OT shifts per month. Good work-life balance.
