Love the Energy Work Remote Reorg is painful, but future is bright

Work Remote. Its a plus and a negative as it is sometimes hard to build camaraderie.

I work on a small team, I know everyone in my site. The work is very low stress, when I leave at the end of the day I can leave it all behind me. They were very supportive when I had a major medical event last year and needed 6 weeks off on about two weeks notice.

Much of the company acts like those who work in the warehouse don't exist. Things are very focused on sales agents and the folks who work out of HQ. The company is also very pro-AI which doesn't align with my values.
