In short, the management at Zonar is corrupt and needs a total over hall. Nearly all of the executive team is connected in some way, meaning they are all friends and don't know how to hold one another accountable. There are repeated complaints by employees that are ignored, meaning the good employees get frustrated and leave. A few months ago, thanks to these reviews, the leadership held a number of town halls to try to understand issues. while there was a moment of good intent, the meetings were pointless and Ied to no meaningful changes. Rather than address the real issues, they latched onto easy to fix, non-important nonsense that was "easier" to show improvement on. Nearly every employee found the town-halls to be nothing more than a joke. In addition, the HR department leadership is among the worse I have ever seen. The CPO has no HR training and is nothing more than a sweet talking recruiter who has weaseled his way to the top. The VP is no better and will throw you under the bus if it makes her look better, will manipulate data without remorse and will lie to your face. Information that doesn't fit the desired narrative will promptly be buried. The company as a whole lacks any sort of direction or focus.
