- Layoffs have taken place in the past couple of years - Pay could be higher. In comparison to this same position at other competitor companies, the pay isn't that high - The organization is a work in progress, but they are working on getting things organized so that we can reach our highest potential - A lot of changes due to the company's improvement and growth demand the ability to be flexible and adaptable

I work on a small team, I know everyone in my site. The work is very low stress, when I leave at the end of the day I can leave it all behind me. They were very supportive when I had a major medical event last year and needed 6 weeks off on about two weeks notice.

Much of the company acts like those who work in the warehouse don't exist. Things are very focused on sales agents and the folks who work out of HQ. The company is also very pro-AI which doesn't align with my values.
