- New company pay structure is terrible. They're trying to be like Meta - Unrealistic goals are set with no data backing it up - Work/life balance continues to decline - Toxic leadership styles. Employees don't trust leadership with new Meta-like leadership where everyone is fighting for themselves - 0 mentorship opportunities. Management is completely transactional in the relationship

Repeated rounds of layoffs, with departed colleagues' work being heaped on those remaining, left everyone miserable and stressed and just waiting for when our turn is next. My boss actually announced development was shifting to "startup mode", and when I asked if that means more upside or flexibility or equity or any of the other reasons you may choose a startup over a large established company, the answer was, "no, just more work" (!?!) Serious culture and power divide between overseas and California based development teams. Zero career growth investment in employees; no training or conferences except those offered by Zoom. Fired entire DEI team CEO attended Melania's movie premier
