-Fantastic internal career opportunities with a focus on promoting from within. This is one of the most attractive places from a career path perpective that you can find in the SaaS industry. -High Performance = High Compensation -Product solves a need making it is an easy sale especially when selling to sales people at other companies. -As the company has grown from acquisitions mixing the cultures is hard but I feel like ZoomInfo has done a good job at making it a priority to blend the cultures of each company that joins the family.

Svantaggi

-Sometimes it feels like there are too many meetings that don't have a direct purpose -Occasionally long hours during peak times (end of quarter, end of year, etc.)

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad the pay, benefits, and office experience worked well for you. To be clear, though, the recent restructure was not targeted at remote employees. It reflected a strategic decision to restructure some of our sales and support operations as we shift how we approach certain segments of the business, both in terms of personnel and platform. The people affected were valued contributors and we recognize their work helped make ZoomInfo what it is today. The suggestion that in-office employees who stayed "don't know what they're doing" simply isn't accurate. Additionally, we go hard at the end of every month (which is true across SaaS sales broadly) but would push back on the characterization of the culture. Our employee engagement team works hard to make that sprint enjoyable, with in-office lunches and activities. Sales is a high-pressure environment by nature, and we're proud of the culture we've built around it.
