Many have worked their way up from the ground floor. I’m thrilled to hear you observed and appreciated this unique aspect of our culture. Diversity & Inclusion is something I personally think about every single day in my job. My team and I are constantly working to make sure we have an inclusive workplace, and that our diverse employee base is mirrored at the leadership level. At the moment, we’re above the industry benchmark and getting better every day. We’ve set aggressive diversity goals and baked them into our Corporate Objectives.
