1. WLB - one of the most motivating parts of an employee in ZI is the fact that we want to work, ZI provides us with a flexible environment that enables us to work & live a great life together. 2. Ownership - In ZI we are taking ownership of products and initiatives and we are encouraged by our managers to take responsibilities that should improve our skills and expose us to customers and teams internal & external. 3. Work Relationships - In ZI we are kind of one big family, it's a great place to work in which all the colleagues are interested in our life outside the work routine, how we feel, and even going for trips, bars, and restaurants together. It's a place that connects people.

1. No parties - ZI believes in being a profitable company and we are not spending money on big parties and company flights aboard. it's positive from the stock market perspective but as an employee, I wish we had more parties and company vacations.

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
