Great company with worst data research manager

Until we have a change in the senior manager, this team will never have the opportunity to grow in this company. Earlier, the data research manager pressured by taking things personally. But this manager is pressuring by giving lectures. Only he will talk and will not let others talk. I have seen my peers from other teams having a lot of fun and working with enjoyment. Current data research manager is doing only after seeing reviews that too its a waste of time. Feeling so biased by the way he is conducting sessions. He wants only freshers and treating them well while people asking for growth he will not even allow to talk. He will keep meeting and he will only talk. His appraisal percentage is the worst and we all know he is playing with our lives. He wants only ppl with a lower salary and talking to researchers and brain washing them, saying he will be very happy if they get a better opportunity and leave the company.

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad the pay, benefits, and office experience worked well for you. To be clear, though, the recent restructure was not targeted at remote employees. It reflected a strategic decision to restructure some of our sales and support operations as we shift how we approach certain segments of the business, both in terms of personnel and platform. The people affected were valued contributors and we recognize their work helped make ZoomInfo what it is today. The suggestion that in-office employees who stayed "don't know what they're doing" simply isn't accurate. Additionally, we go hard at the end of every month (which is true across SaaS sales broadly) but would push back on the characterization of the culture. Our employee engagement team works hard to make that sprint enjoyable, with in-office lunches and activities. Sales is a high-pressure environment by nature, and we're proud of the culture we've built around it.
