nothing is protected the "rules" in place are not followed by everyone and people that don't follow the rules are not held accountable there is not level playing field or opportunity for everyone - there's a 2 week training but only 25% of it is valuable for this role - ZI expects employees to learn from each other, which would be great if the expected targets made sense. much of their sales logic makes zero sense the recruiters do not present the job honestly - had I better understood the sales culture and process and how long it takes to be advanced, probably wouldn't have taken the role
