It used to be a good company.

1. They confirmed permanent work from home and gathered talent and then opened offices, breach of contract. 2. If you own everything, leads in all the products divisions, and fulfill all KPIs which are quantitative metrics but still you will get 5% hike. 3. They give relocation allowance but if you sign a bond of a year though they changed the policy. 4. Work Culture is blame and toxic. 5. 55-65 hrs a week is normal, and even HODs knows about it and are fine with it. 6. HR team frames work from office rule, but work from home will continue for them as they are the policy makers. 7. Company is acquiring other companies, opened 3 offices in metro cities, but for employees they didn’t have budget.

Flexibility is another big plus—there’s a strong emphasis on trust, whether it’s around work hours or taking time off. The leave policy is generous and actually encouraged, which makes a big difference in maintaining balance. One standout aspect is the performance review framework—it’s structured, transparent, and genuinely focused on growth. You always know where you stand and what you need to do to progress.

Given the fast-paced and high-impact nature of projects, the workload can occasionally be intense. However, this is also what makes the work exciting and rewarding.
