I started at ZOT as an intern and was given many opportunities for growth through being trusted with new tasks. The senior managers and directors were always willing to support me with any issues I had and the atmosphere in the office allows me to ask anyone for help with anything I might need. I've also seen that a large part of the senior management was promoted from within which gives me some extra motivation to work.

Working in a small sales team, you can be tasked with a wide variety of things, which can keep the work interesting, but could be challenging for some.

- Encourages staff to develop their skills through training - Listens to your ideas and takes them onboard - Has 30 days annual leave entitlement including public holidays which increases after 2 & 3yrs of service - Friendly staff that are always there to help - Managers are always attentive and assure staff are supported

Can’t think of any cons as have had an overall great experience!
