Too many to mention but account allocation being weighted in favour of the new team to the point that deals that were due to close in weeks are taken away from people who did all the hard work and given to the newbies, being told that you ahve to work evenings and weekends are just two. The people and culture team are just there to paper over the cracks and post "uplifting posts to Linkedin" which are totally at odds with what the culture is really like. They dont want to listen to genuine concerns and are constantly asking staff to post great reviews on here to balnce the percentage of bad reviews with good, they do this from a few weeks into an emploee joining the company then management almost stand over them to ensure it follows the party line. All of the longtime succesful salespeople bar two in the UK have left.
