Great company to work with

Work life balance is very skewed

- Good work life balance - Good benefits - Coworkers are smart and capable

- The level of Micromanagement and bureaucracy is ridiculous. - IT controls every app and system (not a terrible thing) but you basically have to beg them for anything and then wait around for a year, watching all your projects get pushed off because they don't have the capacity to do the work.
