- Industry standard salary - Barely any overtime compared to other agencies - Lots of breaks

- Lack of support from directors. For example, a previous tech director only talked to his 2 favorite guys instead of the whole team. - Lots of misunderstandings without chance to explain myself - Over sensitive and incompetent middle management - Project managers didn't even graduate from college, failed PMI and did not communicate specs clearly - One pm was angry because she had to work late, for once!

Flexible scheduling with my school schedule and great pay. Cool and relaxed workplace with all the snacks you'd need and plenty of fun things at the office to distract yourself with. Management is very helpful and easy to talk to. Had a lot of opportunities to learn new things and better my skills. Great place to work and grow.

Svantaggi

Logging in my own hours and communicating through email can be annoying at times but you get used to it.

The only thing positive about the company is that they have good clients to work with. Also there is no dress code.

The company promises a lot more than it offers. I joined the company thinking ill learn a lot since its a start up and their work looked impressive. But internally the company is not organized. Technically they just know flash/ actionscript. They are not flexible on how the code can be written. It has to be always written and structured the way the manager feels its right. So if you want to experiment and learn the best way to do things then this is not the place for you. The company is full of work politics and the managers are never available and able to help the developers unless you are their friend outside of work. The promotions are not based on your skill rather its based on how well you know your manager.
