Owner Lies Doesn't pay timely and will short you part of your salary Does not share information to get projects done timely You will be overworked until you burn out. Owner had to retake his ethics portion of the PE test and classes as his license was under review and suspension for multiple states including SC. He was late paying bills and lost business license for 30 days and many times could not pay the fees to keep license active. Do not trust the owner he will lie to you. the business developer during my time Dec 2021 - June 2023 never brought in one client and no business but got a salary for doing nothing. Owner also paid an employee's insurance copay when we other employees were told he had to lose the insurance due to clients paying late.
