No update on increments - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Zupee

The increment process was started in June & was supposed to be closed by July end as per the HR’s timelines but there’s no update on when are we getting our increment letters? Atleast a communication is what we deserve after all the hard work that we did for whole last year. We are getting the invites for parties which we aren’t really interested in and the most important thing like increment is completely ignored. Why??
