Very international, with opportunities to work with some good people

Very political, and some poor behaviour from Managers. Not enough communication from HR which can be misleading and result in employees becoming worse off when transferring jobs. Need to check everything carefully to see what HR are doing. Performance Management System is not adding value. Constant restructuring.
