Some lovely staff in operations. Friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere despite really heavy workload. Company making lots of profits apparently!

Crazy crazy workloads Hugely understaffed Staff massively overworked, pressured into working overtime and weekends. Staff forced to come into office during Covid. Staff paid terribly, even after 2-3 years of insane workloads. Sales managers run the company. Obsessed with sales, getting sales in, paying their brokers top dollar, couldn't care less what happens once the business is in. No focus on customers would rather overcharge a customer than pay brokers huge comission as quick as possible. Staff keep leaving due to awful working conditions, cant keep good staff. Training too slow. Systems never ever work! Lots of talk about mental health but do nothing to help pressure on admin staff from the job. Constant dealing with complaints from brokers and customers. Lots of people leaving/missing due to stress
