WNS operate a three strikes and out rule and leave you on SSP when sick • Management culture comes from WNS, which means it's ALL ruthlessly performance focussed - this is kind of counter balanced by Zurich's more progressive culture • Facilities staff are sub-contracted out on worse terms too
