Incredible internship that opened many doors in the industry - Recensione dipendente - Community Associate presso Zyper

The best part about Zyper is the people and being able to learn and grow along side of them. If you work here expect to feel challenged but also supported and motivated everyone here has your back and wants you to succeed. The managers and CEO want (and encourage) you to share your ideas. This truly is a family, there are good days and bad days but I feel so lucky to work for a place where I believe so strongly in the product and the people who work hard to make sure it is epic!! **make sure you add 'epic' to your vocabulary because that is said quite frequently here Zyper's response to the Covid-19 situation has been amazing. Management has been very transparent about the status of the company. They've offered us a stipend for our home office and have maintained the company culture through daily team chats, weekly meditation and yoga, #freeonfriday lunches, and virtual happy hour every Friday. Not only are we building communities for other companies, we're also building an epic community here at Zyper and I'm so happy to be apart of that!

I'm still not aware what was the end all "prize". They set us up as a competition against each other. Some days I'd be #1 and other days dead last. I also felt compelled to SPAM my insta page when I really didn't want to.
