There are absolutely no pros in working here. The most positive thing was leaving.

You will be watched 24/7 by management and put under pressure all the time. You will be given ridiculous deadlines for projects because people in management are complete clowns You be screamed at by management and by the CEO if you do not meet those deadlines. You will work extra long hours that will not be paid, instead you will be given extra vacation days that are always forgotten by management You will work sometimes until late in the night, sometimes up to 2 or 3 am and they will still expect you be at the office 10am in the morning on the spot because they couldn't care less about your sleep You won't have a life outside this job, because even in off work hours, you need to always be available to solve whatever they need to be solved All this, and you will receive a wage just a little above minimum wage You will not progress your career, there is no room for progression here, there is no incentive from the CEO to invest in employee formation, there is no incentive to modernize the code base which still uses deprecated platforms and languages. You will unlearn everything you have learned until you start working here. To add to all this, the CEO is a misogynist pig, who harasses and constantly say misogynist jokes that leave everyone unconfortable Avoid this company like the plague
