While the company promotes a people-first culture, my experience suggested a disconnect between leadership messaging, HR practices, and the realities faced by employees on the ground. Employee concerns were not always addressed with the urgency, transparency, or empathy one would expect from a modern organization. Work-life balance and employee experience can vary significantly depending on the team and leadership group, creating inconsistent experiences across the organization. Overall, the company offers decent pay and benefits, but compensation alone may not be enough to offset concerns around leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and long-term career growth.
