ais has a great recruiting and onboarding process. The recruiter is very responsive and helpful even through the probationary period, regularly checking in and always available. Onboarding was a breeze with management providing first day overviews and introductions to customers. New employees feel very valued and supported. There is regular contact with employees by first and second level managers and questions and feedback are encouraged. Very much an open door culture. The position is as presented during the interview process.
