Very focused teams which develop difficult solutions in a tough sector. Interesting work where you know you make a difference.

At times it seemed we were chasing revenue to stay afloat. Not unique, but not the perfect environment for job security. Team handled it well though.

I enjoyed working at aWhere. The management is friendly, and it's a small organization and each contributor matters, something that management definitely appreciated.

I don't have many negatives other than perhaps it's worth knowing that at any small company, there is no room to coast, you must be an active contributor.
