the policies of the company change all the time, the teams structure is reorganized every couple of months. There's no flexible work opportunity nor convenient home office option, the management is prejudiced against giving employees flexibility to work and tries to restrict them as much as possible by announcing new rules overnight without respecting any of employees' opinion. There's no effort put into improving the existing solutions, the development picks up random tasks and new projects and leave them unfinished. The morals of this company is extremely low, the behavior of people with management positions are biased and totally unprofessional. The management is closed to any constructive criticism.

They have great projects and clients, very dynamic and open work culture. Projects are very international. A lot learned in the company. Excellent location.

They need better process and management on the software development level. Work was stressful at times.
